The processes that Studio Areté led carried the Cinimod team from moodboard to pitch deck to project bible for a large-scale immersive experience that premiered in Brussels in the spring of 2024. Our guidance on moving from dream to reality was instrumental to Cinimod’s journey, both in relation to this exploratory project as well as to their brand work. Our focus on openness and curiosity meant we could provide support for pivoting quickly as new market research came through from consultants, clients, and financiers, and distance Cinimod’s creative output from the competition.
For Cinimod, we defined the north star as to unleash free-flowing creativity.We created a firm and steady creative brainstorming calendar, with Pomodoro-inspired mini-sprints, and introduced structured exercises to draw creativity out of the team and carry ideas from initial seed to fully defined experience. We led on pitching processes with new collaborators and clients, from celebrity chefs to global auto companies, both in terms of designing and shaping pitch decks as well as sharing the idea in the room. And we sourced specialists and freelancers for projects’ varying needs, from 3D artists and lighting designers to magic consultants and particle physicists, filling out Cinimod’s lean model with perfect complements.
